The Snow Melting Control 650 is a microprocessor-based manual start / stop control that maintains a set temperature in a snow melting slab. The 650 uses pulse width modulation (PWM) to operate an on / off injection valve, pump, boiler or contactor for electric cables. Other 650 features include Slab Outdoor Reset, Warm Weather Cut Off, Cold Weather Cut Off, Snow Melting Setpoint and Snow Idling Setpoint. The control also has a built-in timer for timed melting events.
